Up Next at Infinithéâtre:

Open House

April 18th - 28th at Factory Studios

Our third and final mainstage production for the season is Open House by Drew Hayden Taylor, directed by Dian Marie Bridge. Open House follows five prospective home-owners brought together at an open house, and examines our human tendencies towards comparison and attachments to land-ownership in the process.

First developed during his time as our inaugural Artist in Residence, we are proud to present the world premiere of this new work by one of Canada’s most prolific writers.

Open House will be on stage at Factory Studios (2000 Notre-Dame St. East, Montreal, Quebec H2K 2N3) from April 18th - 28th.

Open House will follow the season’s earlier productions of Dominoes at the Crossroads and Extra/Beautiful/U, as well as our ongoing tour of The Sighlence of Sky, and recently completed tour of Louis Riel: A Comic-Strip Stage Play. They are also joined by our annual Park 'N Play and Pipeline play reading series', our two playwriting competitions (The-Write-Stuff and Write-on-Q), Emerging Voices artist workshops, and some exciting new InfiniPRESS publications!

Dominoes at the Crossroads Wraps

The final performance of Dominoes at the Crossroads took place on March 16th, wrapping up a 10-show run. Based on the novel by Kaie Kellough and adapted and directed by Zach Fraser in collaboration with a creative team of multidisciplinary artists, Dominoes at the Crossroads presented a poetic ode to an epic and universal search for home and identity, gently anchored into port here in our eclectic city that is Montréal.
